From San Francisco:

• From Highway 80, take 880 South towards Alameda/Airport/San Jose.
• In Oakland, take the Broadway/Alameda exit.
• At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto 5th St.
•  Follow 5th St. along the freeway to Broadway.
• Cross Broadway, taking an immediate slight left toward Alameda. This will take you through the Webster/Posey Tube into Alameda.
• After exiting the Webster/Posey Tube, stay in the far left lane.
• At the first signal, (Marina Village Parkway) make a U-Turn and stay in the right lane.
• 2236 Mariner Square Dr. is a large yellow building to your right. Turn right into the first driveway.

From Walnut Creek:

• Take CA-24 West toward Oakland.
• CA-24 West becomes I-980 West.
• In Oakland, take the 12th St. exit.
• Turn slight left onto Brush St.
• Turn left onto 5th St.
• Follow 5th St. along the freeway to Broadway.
• Cross Broadway, taking an immediate slight left toward Alameda. This will take you through the Webster/Posey Tube into Alameda.
• After exiting the Webster/Posey Tube, stay to the left lane.
• At the first signal, (Marina Village Parkway) make a U-Turn and stay in the right lane.
• 2236 Mariner Square Dr. is a large yellow building to your right. Turn right into the first driveway.

From San Jose:

• Take 880 North.
• In Oakland, take the Broadway/Alameda exit.

• Turn right onto Webster St.
• Stay right towards Alameda. This will take you through the Webster/Posey Tube into Alameda.
• After exiting the Webster/Posey Tube, stay to the left lane.
• At the first signal, (Marina Village Parkway) make a U-Turn and stay in the right lane.
